The Reality of Mathematics

Math is both observational and procedural. The theorem that I derived is
observational in that it mirrors, in the language of set theory, what takes
place as a set pattern to real or objective objects. On the other hand, it also
instructs the mathematician how to do certain things. Does the procedural side
of it “exist” before it is instantiated/acted-upon by an agent, or does it only
come into being as said agent acts upon it?
