The Goal of Philosophy

The Goal of Philosophy

The much sought-after goal of modern philosophy is A-Priori knowledge — that
is: knowledge which is known before consideration, logic, and experience.
This sort of knowledge is un-assailable, and as such is highly prized by the
Intelligentsia which turns a critical eye to everything in its purview.
However, I maintain that A-Posteriori knowledge is the only real outcome from
thought and consideration. What we glean from prognostication isn’t just the
presupposed, but rather it extends and deepens our understanding of the World.
As such, it adds to our lives, instead of just justifying the axioms of (our)
un-thinking nature. There is nothing inherently inferior to A-Posteriori wisdom
to that of A-Priori knowledge. Your views remain your own, however, and I
welcome discourse on this topic. Be well, reader.
